He looks good in his Skimmer and Bow Time. He looks a lot like Stan Laurel.
I'm guessing he owns a drugstore somewhere.
Good colorization.
Happy Easter.

I also quickly noticed how he resembles Stan Laurel...excellent coloring, Rob...I believe T.A. Needon would be pleased with the results.

You have stronger colors here compared to some previous enhancements, it suits this photo and the gentleman perfectly. There are about a zillion colors you could choose, you certainly have mastered the art of which to select.

Other than the bow tie and the straw "boater" 9hat) he's wearing, the only other identifiable object here is the lapel pin he's wearing. The photo isn't as sharply focussed as most of those you submit, Rob, but this pin has the appearance of a crescent moon on the left, with a star in between the points of the crescent, and a vertical sword on the right. It's possible that he's simply a Shriner, an appendant body to Freemasonry that began in Manhattan in 1870, or he's a mason, whose organization is thought to have arisen from the stonemasons' guilds during the Middle Ages, or, much more likely, he's Islamic, whose ancestors arrived in America starting somewhere in the 1860's or 1870's. There is a square shape in the middle of the crescent but that may simply be something to connect the moon with the sword. Studying the name "Needon", I find it recorded in a wide variety of spellings including Needham, Needam, Neden, Nedin, Nedon, Needon, Needing and even Netting, as an English surname. It may be that either he or an ancestral family member arrived at Ellis Island and his original name rewritten by the investigating officer in a much simpler, English variant, something that happened with regularity.
