Very pretty lady. The name Nyman is English/Swedish and was commonly given to a "newcomer" or "stranger."

The Nyman family name was found in the USA, the UK, Canada, and Scotland between 1840 and 1920. The most Nyman families were found in the USA in 1920. In 1840 there were 4 Nyman families living in Pennsylvania. This was about 40% of all the recorded Nyman's in the USA. Pennsylvania had the highest population of Nyman families in 1840.

Rob, referring to John's comment: good research! However, I don't exclude that the name 'Nyman' may be a derivative of the Dutch name Nijman.
What's beyond any doubt is the beauty of this lady. Because of your perfect way of colorization, you have taken it up to a top notch contribution.
S+F instantly. Thank you for another great achievement, 👍 !

Impressive colorization, and the softness and texture of her face is really striking.

Miss Nyman has a serious look. Excellent colorization (of course).

If I could tell the story in words, I wouldn't need to lug around a camera. ~Lewis Hine The Earth without art is just 'eh'.
