Exceptionally well done. Such an ominous sky. Great work.

Love the colors, the horizon really compliments the boat's silhouette, nicely done!

I registered for this site just to tell you this -- Your wallpaper was the best in evoking an emotional response from me. The loneliness of the ship on the vast ocean, the hopes of its captain, the irony of the title -- I just found everything about your picture to be wonderful.

Thank you very much.

I'm honored that my picture gave you that response out of so many wonderful pictures here. I hope you stay and discover more works that give you pleasure, as it did for me.

really amazing. only advice is that the ship is too high on the draft. let it sink into the ocean a bit more and it'll look perfect.

I like everything except the ship. The colors and shading are excellent. The water texture is superb. The sun and clouds and their reflections in the water are wonderful. The ship, however, looks like a cheap toy.

The atmosphere here is not funny at all... I'm sorry, but i get a feeling that the ship's the last one on this world all covered with water, and it's about to leave it as well. Very nice contrast of light and dark.
