Blend of old and new mixture in art. What you see from this shot is a traditional srilankan brass lamp company with modern clay lantern caught in “Sithulpauwa Rajamaha Viharaya” (one of the most historic and Spiritual place in srilanka). The designs that craft on the brass lamp lasting for ages in Sri Lankan history. It shows the Remarkable master crafting of ancient Sri Lankans.

Whoa mate. This is cool. I Believe white would be a better color for the back ground. But this has no error though.

tell me , the lamp on the left is a new age oil lamp, and you have it placed on an ancient one which is large and has a petal shaped base. is that correct?
it is very pretty. the ancient one shows real craftsmanship. the lamp is very decorative, and is useful too. the new one shows only a little craftsmanship. the old one sure gets my vote. nice capture. geat art. and thank you for the history of the 2 lamps.
