I can find no faults....! I think it is clear and looks fresh enough to smell the mushrooms and fresh earth! Gorgeous!

I think it's one of the best mushroom shots I've ever seen. The color, the comp., ad yes, I, too, can practically smell the fresh, damp earth!

I can almost smell the mustiness! Some of the 'shrooms are just so colorful. Nice picture (in spite of the fact that you didn't have your tripod).

I dont really know how I missed this posting of yours. I am a shroom lover and this is gorgeous! Is the reddish shroom the same kind as the yellow ones? They are all so beautiful. But I'll bet they are poisonous eh? I love the darkness of the forest floor here. Its a wonderful photo..verena

verenabloo: I know next to nothing about mushrooms, but am guessing this shows two different species. The red cap has a fringe not seen on the others. To be safe, I assume most mushrooms are inebible. I'm reminded of a cartoon from many years ago: A farmer's market with two bins. One labeled "Mushrooms $5/lb" and the other labeled "Mushrooms? $2/lb."
