A photo taken by my brother on a recent vacation to a resort at Puerto Vallarta. I like the various poses of the silhouettes of the people viewing the sunset, from "Joe Cool" seated on the left to loving couples on the right.
Great set of poses and very well balanced. I wouldnt have resisted though; the hand on hip would definitely have been around the sun! It would have been a bad thing to do but I would not have resisted. Goos picture, great colour, nice moment of calm. Tommy
Click here to see WHITBY through the lens of Frank Meadow Sutcliffe! PS I have no commercial link but Sutcliffe's photographs are historical! and any photographer worth his salt should at least know the history of their subject. He is one of the reasons I consider myself lacking, by the way. TG
Ohhhh I like this VERY much...tell your brother that he did a fantastic job on this shot.I agree, I think I would have made sure the arm was around the sun too. But this is awesome! V
Do not wait; the time will never be "just right."Start where you are and work with whatever tools you may have at your command, and better tools will be found as you go along.
i have recently found out that there is a "golden hour" (or "the magic hour") for photography. This photo was taken at that time and it proves the point - it is indeed magical :) i like the colors of the sky and the silhouettes, the overall composition, everything. it's a fav :)
