Yes, great shot! The position you've captured him is what most interests me, how he isn't looking at you but away and the trees in the back make a great background for the moose, nice work.

These are interesting animals to photograph. They are very near sighted and react to movement. They can be quite belligerent due to that fact. I’ve had to run from more than one, over the years. I remember seeing one in Idaho try to pick a fight with a train. It chickened out at the last moment or there would have been one less Moose. Where did you find this magnificent beast?

Moose - its whats cooking (they tell me)in the NW and Alaska.
