It is one of the Seven Wonders of the World and a world heritage site. It was built by Mughal Emperor Shah Jahan in memory of his favourite wife, Mumtaz Mahal. Taj Mahal is an integrated complex of structures mainly built with white marble and was completed around 1648.

Wow, I'm the first to comment, I feel like the pressure is really on! You did a good job capturing detail. I like that I could make out the people in front of the building and in the reflecting pool. It is tilted a little to the left and has a little "fish-eye" lens distortion. Still, it's good.

A fantastic wonders of world but I have to agree with Rose, your image is tilted to the left giving to the picture a bad impression. It's a pity because you didn't go over there every day.

Nice picture of this wonder, but can you make it straight because im tilting my head here a bit for it to be even.

I may be new a photographer with only a 8 mega pixel camera but i know how to take a pic of a perfect sunset.
Tilting aside this is a great image with really nice composition and perspective, well done.
