This was one of the geese inside the Fortress of Louisbourg, I think all the restaurants only serve food that is grown there. All cooked the way it was 250 years ago.

Ole Blue Eyes is back! Scorpie this is a fantastic close up. No way would I cook this goose but I'll fave it.
