Found this utilitarian old thing at the Car Show, but I don't think it was in the competition because it was parked way down a side road. The company name on the side says "Hilldrup", which should be a familiar name for many. Because it was "off the beaten track" so to speak, it was easier to photograph; there weren't a lot of people around it. This angle had the advantage of a neutral building in the background (looking about as old as the delivery van, if you ask me)...shooting the other way would include a busy background of cars and people. I hope you like this (little bit different) connection to the past!

I looked up Hilldrup on Google, and they have a picture of one of these. I would love to have one to drive around. It's a grand old vehicle. Excellent shot, and thanks for sharing it.

Fantastic find! I like this angle affording the glimpse into the vehicle. Nice choice of using the old building to further the nostalgic feeling. Love the colors and details. I have never seen one of these! Thank you for sharing it.
