One of my concepts is that every person who has ever owned a Thunderbird just totally loved the car. I never owned one, and I still loved them! I saw this old T-bird parked under this rickety building with peeling paint and rusted and rough porch supports on the Washington-Rochambeau Highway in Virginia. I wonder who owned this car first, who owns it now, why is it parked there about 20 feet off the road and protected only by a "Private Property" sign. To my knowledge, it has been parked just like that for at least 6 months. This is a sunrise pic that I have just now gotten around to preparing for upload. I hope you like it!

I loved that car. I was a bookkeeper for our Ford company as a Senior in HiSchool when the Thunderbird came out. Should have put every cent into buying that first one. I think it was about maybe $3000 at that time. Loved the retractable hardtop.

This is a neat capture. Thank you.

A friend of mine in high school had a white T-Bird, I think it was a 58-or 59. I never had one either, but I still loved them. Very good shot of this one, and I like where it is parked. I love that old building, too.

Wonderful period piece, I love the extra treatment you gave it. Your line of vision truly gives us the best view of the car and its surroundings. A great shot!

Talk about setting a mood... I like the old beat up surrounding for this. Fantastic details on the old T Bird. You are developing quite an eye for these. Very nice!

Wonderful evocative shot here Sharon. The whole thing hangs together perfectly, & has almost the feel of a Steinbeck story. Very well Done. Barry

Nice, I saw one just like that for sale back home in Colorado (overall in great shape). I don't have the money/time to restore it though due to college.

I like the HDR treatment on this classic. Bot the car and the old station.
