There's a saying in photography...dark hides light reveals. You used it to perfection ere mate. Nicely done.

Marvelous post Brian. Full of clarity and great colors. The angle you took it from is exceptional as well. What a beauty. Thanks for this one.

I like the overall effect, Brian, and I think it was a very good idea, but since I don't know what program you used, I can't comment on exactly what it is, but it looks to me like however you lightened the sky bled a little on to the hill where the monument is sitting..just around the top and down in front of the monument itself. I had to really look to see it, so it's no biggie...just thought I'd point it out since I rarely find anything to criticize in your uploads..nice job.

I really like this Brian. It deserves far more than what it is getting in the ratings. This is one of those images you can stare into a long time and just lose yourself. Well done.

It looks great with the lit up sky and the clouds behind it. Shows you what a difference lighting and background can make. Well done, Brian!

I won't even try to comment on the technical side of the image.. I would like to concentrate on the atmosphere you have created. I feel like a witness of some significant event, the temple looks so mysterious and ominous. Kind of spiritual I would say...

I'm used to a lot of manipulations of the greek ruins. I like them but can never get over how manipulated they are. This is still very real, and yet has a very dream-like quality. Excellent!
