Brain this is very good my friend. I like the Black and White effect here. I can also see the sun ray. Your right it really does stand out and this makes the picture. I have yet to try anything like this. Good Job Sandi

I have to agree, and I'm not fond of black and white...but this shows up the perspective and the highlights so well that it's easier to appreciate those aspects...nice job, Brian.

This is a lovely composition with fine tones and choice of landscape content.It is a little washed out by the top tree but that is due to the time of day and digital images as a whole.You might in the future try to use editing program to mix the contrast or brightness level.It might help but as it stands it is a superb composition with great DOF.
