Hi and welcome. If I might make a couple of comments. The picture is cropped too close on the left, and could be cropped more on the right to remove the hint of something just on the edge of the picture. Same with the top really. The image is slightly over exposed especially noticeable on the floor and the guys back and arm. It is an interesting subject and you have captured his studies very well.

Thanks for your comments. I have just started learning about photography. Shot this from very far and had little control about positioning myself to get the right angle as the religious service was going on. Tibetan monks always interest me; I feel they make good subjects, especially with their colorful robes.

I agree with the suggestions Chris made but having done quite a bit of religious photography myself I understand both the importance of and inherent difficulty in photographing the subject without disturbing the ritual so I think you did a good job under the circumstances and yes, it does make a very interesting image, nice work:)
