The Taj Mahal is built on the edge of the river. Further down the river is the Amber Fort, from here you can see the Taj Mahal. From all the advice and tips I've picked up here I've manipulated the image which was relatively dull and enhanced the colours. Comments welcome.

Pretty nice - I like the way you incorporated the wetlands in the foreground. It adds a lot of depth to the image. I believe it to be a bit on the dark side but that can easily be fixed - nice post -

Now this is great. A differnt view of the Taj. I get nauseated at the same ole shot from a million different folks. Thanks for bringing a different take on the tomb.

Oh, the places you've been. I love the reflections in the water and the perspective is unique.

Beautiful, it looks like it's rising up out of nowhere! Like it!

What a beautiful photo. I've always just loved the Taj Mahal architecture, I mean who wouldn't?! It's gorgeous. And I really like how you've taken it's picture with the water in the front. That's different than any I've seen of this beauty. The tree area is just a tad bit dark, but still goes well. Verena

ive never seen the taj mahal from this angle either, its gorgeous, and nice to get a sense of the whole setting its in!
i kind of dont mind the darkness of it, but i would run it though some noise removal software to clean up the sky.

A great view. Agree with JQ about the sky, and I might even go so far as to say crop it slightly. Otherwise a good shot from a different angle.

The fresh perspective view caught my eye right away. Lighting and reflections add interest as well. Thank you for sharing your travels.
