I had another shot of this memorial in Berlin. It has the names of those that lost their lives at the Berlin Wall I think outside the Reichstag. I can't be sure who it was for. Actually the whole sculpture is quite long and this is a small section. I hope you think this better.

I got this in the VB but I wasn't sure what it was at that time. That's embarassing to me, I lived in Berlin when I was 9 and 10 yrs old. I think that I couldnt tell what it was before due to the lighting, and now it's much sharper. A good reminder to all of us, and also an interesting view you've done with your camera. Good work. I found the following info here.
Slabs of black marble in front of the Reichstag have the names of the 96 members of the Reichstag who were murdered by the Nazis; it was dedicated in September 1992.
