Thank you, thank you! This is so beautiful! I am sure that place must be overwhelmingly beautiful..Thank you for bringing some of it here.

Never rebuke while you’re still indignant about a fault committed—wait until the next day, or even longer. Then calmly, and with a purer intention, make your reprimand. You’ll gain more by a friendly word than by a three-hour quarrel. -Josemaria Escriva

Your photo is shot that makes the most of shadows. It highlights the intricate carvings nicely.

Your title was very well thought out ...matches what you're presenting here exactly, and, oh, well, I guess it wouldn't be the Taj Mahal without having only the very best in decorations :) It's not only the shadows that make this a winner, but it's the way the light radiates off the raised portions of this carving that rivets my attention. I find myself wanting to reach out and trace my fingers around each of the flowers, stems and leaves. The positioning of this picture, with the slight curve to the right again adds more interest and makes me want to step around into that shadow that's there and see what else is going on on this marvelous carving. Perhaps it doesn't curve at all, and it's just the way the camera focused on it, but I get a feeling I'm missing out on some more beauty...doh...oh yeah..the rest of the Taj Mahal..lol..could you go back and take a whole bunch of pics there ? :)PJ

Mercy. This was a difficult capture you tackled and it came out beautifully. Well focused from one end to the other. You are to be commended.
