I never thought about it snowing at the Grand Canyon until I went this winter. It gives such nice contrast between the red stone, blue sky, and white snow. America's Red, White, and Blue. Grand indeed.

Upon enlargement it's almost surreal. I like how the individual geologic features appear almost as vertical layers. Beautiful shot.
