I also thought there was a real person sitting in the fountain. The darkness & lighting do make the fountain come to life in a good way, that is. An outstanding capture. There is just something about this image I find so appealing, so off to the fave's it goes.
I really like the effect of the light on the falling water - it creates illusions as I thought it was a person too! Well done at capturing what is a very difficult shot!
