Felt the need to re-work my previous post, the re-work carried out by Les encouraged my to jump back into Photo Shop and have a play about, firstly I cropped the image to bring more focus onto the rocks, then tinkered with the hue to create an alien landscape and to finish played with the fractalius filter to sharpen the rocks. Does it work? please let me know.
