i like this one, great portrait of a city, i dont know if you could call it that, maybe a landscape, but the contrast from gray to white to black is great

very nice use of black and white which you dont see too often, varying shades of grey....i like how the smoke stacks are uniform showing a calm air speed and catching some attention

Red Mountain.....isn't this where that spooky Vulcan statue dude is?????????? He used to scare the crap outta me when I was a kid. My Mom had to drive me to a heart specialist somewhere around Birmingham....and when we'd get in the distance and I could see the Vulcan...I would hide on the floorboards of her station wagon and cry coz I thought he was gonna come down off the mountain and get me.
