This design was created from scratch in PS using the marquee tool on multiple layers, with various colors and applied effects. I like how it looks on my desktop, and hope you enjoy it too.
Ciao,
Smoosh
Nice colors going on here , I also like the illusion of depth you have created with the layers and blur . At first i didn't like the composition , however , I think the clever placement of contrast and the lack of a central focal point actually works quite well . Overall , I like this image and i think it makes a great desktop . Great work .
This makes a wonderful desktop because I can categorize my icons and segregate them into the 'boxes' you provided making it easier to locate them! Thanks, Smoosh!
Never rebuke while you’re still indignant about a fault committed—wait until the next day, or even longer. Then calmly, and with a purer intention, make your reprimand. You’ll gain more by a friendly word than by a three-hour quarrel.

I love the textures of this one. You have put a lot of time and effort into this one. If you look at it further, you see not only the shapes but the gradients you have created with each layer. It is very subtle and very clever. The colours are just fantastic giving an overall pleasing effect that would not look out of place on canvas.
Well done it is too!.....love the colour blends...started from scratch eh!....well go on, do us another!..but it cannot be better than this?........Terrific.......
Hi Smoosh, Geometrics have always been among my favorites and "Marquees" ranks right up there wiith the best of them. Absoluteluy love your skilled blending of colors. Would make great place mats in a modern apartment, no kidding. Good show..........Neil
the underlying pattern looks alot like that of a marble notebook. as for the colors themselves, they take on an electronic feel...like i'm looking at a macro of a circuit of some kind. cool :o)
I saw a peanut stand, heard a rubber band,
I saw a needle that winked its eye.
But I think I will have seen everything
When I see an elephant fly.
