I arrived at the top, while it was still dark, and cold, and started looking for potential shots as soon as I could see, without a light. It's a rather, out of the way, Historic site, with a narrow, but good road, right to the peak. I managed to get a few shots, but to really make it worthwhile, you need mid-day light, to be able to shoot in all directions. The site lies due South of Wicox, Arizona, and you pass through Dos Cabezas, where there is an interesting Pioneer Cemetary.

Simple but a very lovely image the colors are very rich and deep. The siloute works nicely.

Art is the perception of the creator. Meaning is the perception of the viewer. acceptance is the perception of society.

I love this...the deep blue sky & the silouette is amazingly beautiful together. Looks like the perfect location to take a deep breath & enjoy the sky at the end of the day. Excellent work & into my favorites.

Doug...this is very nice. The silhouette is brilliant. Love the skyline along the middle....how it curves up gently.

YEAH... that's a great picture and will sure make a perfect desktop. Very dramatic colors, my only complaint is that the branches of the tree are slightly cropped on the left. But nevertheless, a wonderful picture.

I feel like I am fading. I've lost the Holy Ground. Maybe there's a chance, that the lost will be found. If you saw a possum on the side of the road, would you too?
