I can see why the peach colored flower caught your eye .... even with the soft coloring it really stands out amongst the white ones. Very beautiful & elegant flowers .... as always your flower images fascinate me. Great job at capturing these beauties.
I think this rose variety changes color as the blooms fade...I have similar variety where blooms come out peach and then fade to white later on...good shot Doug...gerry..
Hi again Doug, I really like the colour of the focal flower in this shot - the warm tones and texture of the petals come across so well. But... I'm less keen on the white flower top left, as the discolorations caused by its aging do distract the eye (at least, they distract mine!) Apart from this one point, however, a great shot.
The Bible tells us to love our neighbors, and also to love our enemies; probably because generally they are the same people.

Deapth of field on this shot is truly awesome. The shot is not all joyful since there are some flowers which is getting older is also on the scene. It seems like the truth of life is captured.
You know, I think I have that very rose in my garden! I would be out going snap crazy with my new camera but I just got out of the hospital and don't really feel like it. But how lovely to see one here.
