I apologize for the quality. This is another of the old, fading, KodaChrome slides, from the early 70"s. And probably my fault. I cleaned up as much as I could, in Neat Image, and thought you might like to see how the Tetons rise, directly from a relatively flat valley floor. Again, this is the outhouse on the "SHANE" ranch. Another point of interest - many hundreds of Elk, make their way down to this valley, every Winter, and are fed by the people of Jackson Hole, Wyoming. It's quite a sight to see. Fleets of trucks, unloading huge bales of feed, and totally surrounded by the majestic Elk .

This is beautiful Doug, it actually looks like a painting.. the colours are fantastic, great capture of light.. This would look wonderful on a wall... the quality (considering how old the slides are) is very good... love it..

I agree this looks like a painting ... I could see it enlarged hanging on a wall. I really love the earthtones & framing. Doug, you did a super great job bringing this image to life.

I never imagined a 'dunny' could look so artistic.
Very well done (no pun intended) Doug.

The glow of the old Kodachrome is what makes this shot wonderful (apart from the view) I still have a bunch of slides but my scanner won't handle them. This is a very rich image.

Finely executed capture! I think this old picture looks great. I like the tinted color appearance. Those are spectacular mountains - I remember seeing them for the first time, and was amazed at how strange & beautiful they are. The grasses in the foreground, are a good lead in to the image. The outhouse adds a spark of interest and somehow fits in.I was lucky enought to get to vote on this and gave it a much deserved ten-should be at least a twenty!! Great job Doug :*>
