White Sands, New Mexico,is another awesome park to visit. Of course, it isn't varied, as most parks, but unlike sand, where trekking through it is difficult and tiring, this is really Gypsum crystals, and almost as good as a sidewalk, or well packed trail. There's even a variety of flowers and grasses, that grow in certain areas This was Max and Zulu's first trip here, and they had a great time, as you can see.

So good to see Max and Zulu together having fun romping around in this sand Doug. They really do stand out against all that white. Thanks also for the info regarding the "sands". I always assumed you would just sink in it as you were walking.Looks like a gorgeous place as well.

This is an interesting pic to see and thanks for all that information. I feel like the white balancing has some problem since it more like blue. I actually dont know if its the way you wanted this shot.
