This determined looking Gull, just kept striding back and forth, opposite the fishing boats, in Digby harbour, Nova Scotia. He definitely had something on his mind. Most likely, a free meal.

Another great slide, Doug! How are you transferring these so well? I have many many interesting 35mm slides but haven't found (or tried hard...) a way to transfer them to digital. Need to clean them too. Any advice??

What caught my eye about this Doug is that it has alot of earth tone colors in it for this to be a nautical shot. Makes for a very different and interesting capture.I like it !

I like this one Doug. The wooden pier to the left and boats in the background really add to this determined little bird. This would be a great picture even if the bird was taken out of the frame.
