Not having seen the original and knowing so little about all this "manip" stuff, can't comment other than ... Lovely lass ... Lovely portrait ... and Grampa did a nice job presenting her to Caedes. You didn't expect me to say lovely grampa ... did you? Cmon now get real. :o)
Hubba, hubba Doug, whadda looker she is...I'm sure you're very proud!! Now this is really grand!! Luv the treatment and framing!! The placement is also very choice!! I sure like your post work here and hope your Grand-daughter likes it too!! Very striking image!!
Oh! Just her face looking like she has a ton of freckles and zits then you plaster it all over the Internet so it will reach the four corners of the world....oh she won't care! If I were you I would get outa town as quick as you can!
The Bible tells us to love our neighbors, and also to love our enemies; probably because generally they are the same people.

Love the framing, and position of the photo. I think it would be better w/o filters though. The graininess really detracts- you might be able to achieve a better effect just messing w/ brightness and contrast. Just my two cents though.
She looks like a pretty young lady. Great picture Doug, though she seems a little sad in this photo. I'm sure she has a great smile for her grandfather though.
