The Atlantic Ocean off the East coast of Nova Scotia and just North of Mahone Bay. The dock belongs to a chap from New Brunswick, who has a typical Maritime sense of humour.

Doug,

A "normal" person would have stepped forward a few strides and been satisfied with a photo of the beautiful water and the quaint fishing village in the background. A wonderful seascape with a large touch of humor. Did you colorize the water? It looks to have a yellow tinge.

I guess he does Lol! The town looks so quaint, for me this might be a tad dark on contrast, but that is just my opinion.
