This is place of rugged beauty. I like the double row of mountains in the back and the colours are echoed in the sky. I love it.

This is another wonderful posting, Doug. Your expertise on composition excels in this shot. A perfectly balanced shot and today's wallpaper. As noted above, the double row of mountains really makes the shot.

I like the low angle of the shot. the photograph seems to be in sections.....the foreground, the mountains and the sky. all are reallu nice.

I like this photo for all the reasons mentioned above. A few other observations: The light blue between the two rows of mountains is a very appealing feature. Whether it's serendipitous or engineered, the branches in the lower right contribute nicely to the composition's over all cohesion by leaning into the picture. The blue and light ochre make a handsome couple.
