Just a walk in a nearby country lane, and a bird's eye view, but not from this season. The colours are just starting to show in northern Ontario, but it's still too warm here in the deep south :-).

I love the textured feel to this... Warm, but deep in the throes of autumnal colours too

Now that's what I call a fence. You wouldn't find a local rancher that didn't at least tack on some barbed wire along the top for fear of being called a sissy. Beautiful posting, Doug. Happy to see that you're Internet connection is a veritable bullet train.

The composition is excellent. Love the foreground. Happy to see what I thought was bird poop is really some sort of moss or lichens. Today was our first day with clouds in six months; so naturally I hate that solid blue sky. To me it looks like there's a thin white border where the red leaves on the background tree meet that horrible sky, but that could easily be prejudice impacting my limited vision. I'm happy that our sky has migrated north.

The red tree is eye-catching & I like the lead-in with the wooden fence. Beautifully captured, Doug.

A great composition in this lovely capture, Doug. Nice textures in the rail fence and eye-catching colours in the scene. I like the lighting in the photo.

The difference between a bad artist and a good one is: the bad artist seems to copy a great deal; the good one really does. ~William Blake

I love the bright bold, yet warm colors. Also love the perspective and the texture of the fence. Wonderful fall pictures.
Great job!
