This was actually a pale watermelon colour, but when I converted it, the detail was more evident and the background compatible. It was a toss-up and I chose this.

Beautiful detail. Another option would be to leave the blossom color and b/w all else. Lots of nice contrast in this shot.

Hi Doug, thanks for the comment on my last post and it's great to see that you are still making great images like this one. I won't be back at Caedes much, I don't have the time these days, but I wanted to drop back as it's been three years and I missed people.
