This is just a couple hundred yards downstream of the previous post that still had flowing water, and although the water has disappeared, there's bigger and more detailed rocks.

Black and white really makes this image compelling. A lot of contrast in it and nice highlights and shadows.

Wow Doug!!!Another marvelous and 'old western' image! Those rocks in the front sure have an unusual texture though.....kind of a molten look to them:) Black and white sure suits these images well!!!!!!!!!!!
