I guess it will be obvious to Northerners that this isn't this years Poppy. The rain drops looked like a bit of ice to me, as I've seen quite a few this winter.I did add a touch of winter to the borders.

The reason why the sun sets in the evening is because it wants to see the sunrise in the morning. I rise in the morning because I want to see them both. RvdB
Doug - A fine capture. The dof is well done, as it focuses the eye on the newly opening flower bud. The white line mid photo is a bit of a distractor that could be burned down some.
