Doug - A nostalgic view - one not to be replicated today. The officer's casual looking off camera makes the viewer wonder what else is in the alley besides a photographer. Thad
If this was a shot from central casting for a 1950's TV show, I'd say that this guy was completely miscast as the good cop. He has the eyes of the bad guy who gets shot in the back before scene two is over.
TicK nailed it. This guy definitely belongs on "Highway Patrol". Speaking of...I have a question. Broderick Crawford wasn't the most agile and quick looking guy, yet while the bad guy was running at full speed and Broderick was walking at a steady pace, he always caught up to the bad guy and arrested him. How can that be possible?
Okay this is one of your best ... love it . This is one of those that tells a story . Great image . I would also like to see this in the B&W challenge.
