Good clear textures on the wood and the dark colour emphasizes the run down condition of the barn. Nobody will be around soon to split those blocks of wood!

Firewood is a necessity if one lives in the country ... I have plenty of it. Wonderful textures & the door needs alot of repair though I have a feeling the barn is no longer in use. Superbly captured, Doug.

Wooden you know it. Someone carelessly left that firewood in the doorway. Maybe the missus as a reminder that the fire was needing fuel. NIce textures, Doug.

I think the wood is there so you can climb up and that is how you get in, neat photo.
