This was the first big snowfall this year, and this is my driveway, about thirty yards in from my access lane. In the center you can see the slight downhill curve to the right, and to the house and garage. Blue and I had taken a back trail through a neighbours property and a circuitous walk to where I shot this. Didn't want any tracks showing, and it was quite awhile before the plough arrived. The white you can barely see through the farthest trees (center low) is the frozen lake. And No, this isn't a B&W conversion, regardless of the fact of no color.

People are like cameras--sometimes they lose focus.
This is a familiar sight to me too Doug but I don't want to think about it yet in September. Nice winter shot with no foot prints or "blue prints".

This is coming quite soon again... Dogs seem to continue loving this kind of weather while some humans have second thoughts ... LOL
The image is exquisite regardless of one's climatic preferences though.

So this was sometime back in January because it is definitely too early to be seeing this scene. A lovely winter scene and capture Doug. Nice layering in the depth of the scene.
