This is from a very old Kodachrome and a attempt to salvage something. For anyone who has never seen the Tetons, they are situated just South of Yellowstone Park and close to the Wyoming, Idaho border. The Outhouse is one of the remaining ranch buildings that was used in the filming of Shane, with Alan Ladd.

I have seen Shane but have forgotten the story. Shall look it up. This looks really wild Doug. You have done more than salvaging the original.

One of my favorite movies and it became one of my favorite movie scores, Doug. Take a listen. If you want to hear Festus sing it click here.
I went to see this with my late father many, many years ago. I still watch it every chance I get.
Thanks for the memories.

Will I find "Shane" on You Tube maybe ?
Never seen it, am afraid.
The image does really strike me almost literally - this is actually 3D and jumps out of the screen. Thanks, dear Doug.
Merry Christmas, dear friend.

Beautiful work on the Kodachrome Doug. I looked at it while listening to Tick's link for the score to Shane, then I ordered the iTunes download. Great music for a great photo Doug.

Fabulous image Doug with a most unusual perspective....almost miniature like in nature. That soft muted blur really adds to this fine "salvage" job!!

An outhouse with a spectacular view. A nice bit of reworking Doug.
