It had just stopped raining when I entered Arches National Park near Moab, Utah. The sands and rocks actually do turn this color when wet, and is quite common throughout the State. I just stopped for some shots of the two rainbows over these rocks. There was another above this one but it had no perceptible colors other than a pale white arch, and I cropped i and added the whirlwind, which is the only manipulation. An added note... Utah has more National and State Parks than one could imagine, such as Monument Valley, Canyonlands, Arches and dozens more. It's photography paradise.

That red color is the same you see in parts of Kauai - clay soil composition. The swirling and the rainbow put me in mind of Dorothy and the Wizard of Oz.

I hope it hasn't been sucked into a hole somewhere, Doug. Who know, I might want to visit the place.
This one has my mind spinning. Good work.

Your testimony will have to be naturally verified, but is seems like true enough, Sir. Just one little thing, Sir, what is this gun doing in the extreme bottom right?
