Big Bend National Park in South-west Texas must be like the surface of the moon. This is one spot where you can see considerable variations in a land mass of only a few miles. There are four mountain ranges that meet within Big Bend park and fascination in every direction.

Unless the scale is way off in the image I wouldn't necessarily call that a big bend, though it is an impressive curve in the road. A great view and wonderful colours in this landscape, Doug.
