I told my neighbour that his runway was too short for a take-off...especially with the grader blade holding him back.Like the tractor,he wouldn't budge either, and finally went home to sleep on it. Early next morning he went back down, pulled the three pins in 10 seconds, and was out of there in five minutes.

When I saw that red , Doug , I knew it had to be a Massey Ferguson . My Grandfather had one .... this brings back some great childhood memories .
That red looks great against the snow .
Great color and a funny narrative as well .

Nice capture showing the true plight of people after a heavy snowfall. That red is eye-catching in the snow.

Sometimes one just has to let a problem mull around a bit, Doug.
Did he drag the blade out later?
Good shot and story.

The photo and your narrative tell an interesting story, Doug. I think my choice of words in this situation wouldn't be fit to print here.

Its amazing how a little sleep on the matter can fix a perplexing problem. Your perspective of this tractor makes it look bigger than life Doug. That red really pops among all that white stuff.
