This is from my last trip (years apart)to Big Bend,Texas, and it was rather sad to see the deterioration. I changed the sky to balance with the deteriorating Chapel , and this shot has the old jail at the far left.

A superb shot of this ghost town, Doug. I can just imagine the stories of the lives from this long gone settlement.

The good old days; when there were no safety walls around deep wells in the ground. To have been there and seen this abandoned ghost town must have been a dream-like experience for a photographer. I'm thinking Clint Eastwood and the Italian spaghetti benders.

A very neatly performed manipulation, this has the feel of an old western tv show or a B&W horror film.
