Well .. you've made me want to walk down this trail despite my childhood fear that yellow leaves want to eat me ... decades of therapy have failed to do what you have done in a fraction of a second of exposure time
you were born to this .. you are a healer ... I owe you my life, my freedom .. but all I have is this half eaten twinkie ..
An absolutely perfect shot of a perfect day in the perfect Autumn woods. Wish I'd been there to enjoy all this beauty first hand !
Oh ...BTW....I'd grab Keifer's offer of a twinkie...he doesn't give those out too often ! :D
Ahhh, the road less travled. The entrance may not be pretty, not promising of much adventure or pleasure, but once you are far long it, what peace and joy and happiness can be found in it's beauty!
Great Great Great, (Did I mention?) great picture! It's similar to my Peaceful Path, but better. I love fall colors and the look of the trail just makes you want to be there and explore and breath in the crisp fall air! HHhhmmmmm! Ahhhh. Just beautiful!
Hello Jon....There is perhaps, no more pleasant outdoor photography adventure than the pursuit of the colors of autumn.....This lovely photo shows autumn's arrival in her full glory....You have captured a very powerful image that will grab the Cadeas viewer's attention...Well done.....All the best....Mick.
Jon, this image is one of the most peaceful images I've seen in a long time.
The colors, lighting and setting all go together to make an excellent image. You have a good eye and a lot of potential. Please keep them coming.
Wow. Is this ever rich in color. The leaves as they lay on the path are awesome. I like the way they are strewen about like a carpet for a King or Queen to walk upon. Oh my, but I hear each foot as it crunches down upon the path and into the woods I disappear. Great post.
Pat
mmm... I never left a comment for this picutre of yours, but it has been in my favorite pile for along time!!! I really really love it. The colours are so vibrant and soothing.
