Unable to deny this opportunity, and using an amazing new camera, I snapped this photograph by my home. I would appreciate any and all comments in my journey to become better at this amazing hobby...and hopefully someday, craft.

What kinda camera did Santa bring you dear Kay!!..If this is straight from the camera..then it has to be a good'un!...Captured very nicely!...good detail..and a great composition!

I think you needed to get up to the fence line and either move the tree to the side of the frame or eliminate it completely.

The tree is a nice touch as it will lend depth to the take, however, the tree is about right in the middle and cuts one of the precious ponies right in two. Perhaps a different angle on the take...move left, move right, etc. Subject first then remaining elements...not the other way around. Hope that helps. Keep'em coming & have fun!!
