This one caught my eye out of all the others. I really like this shot. The ripples lead the eye into the scene from the lower right hand end to the cloud relection and then lead out at the top left hand side. Also the ripples fade if you look from the bottom left crossing diagonally to a less 'noisy' and more calm space on top right. I think if the cloud reflections were not there then this would not have the same impact. Great shot. High Marks from me.
I much appreciate all the comments I receive about my images, but please excuse me if I don't always reply. My interest in Caedes is exceeding my time available!
Anything that excites me for any reason, I will photograph; not searching for unusual subject matter, but making the commonplace unusual.

Wow...this is a GREAT one Mary! I really like this and it is going into my favourites. It has the look of clingwrap with those ripples, but FAR more beautiful of course. Nice work.
I think far more astute photographers have already pointed out the greatness of this photo. When I saw it in thumbnail I thought it was a manip, but after looking at it, it's so beautiful. Just a fantastic eye to see this before you took shot. Great work Mary.

You've done it again, and it must be so nice to live near such a gorgeous and full of textures place. We're lucky to have you there posting for us here, wherever we are. One of the best I've seen.
