she seems to be a very nervous mother... every time anyone approaches too near for her comfort (which is often since she chose a telephone pole next to a road to nest on) she begins to vocalize and then takes flight, circling... today she flew directly over my head and hovered... maybe she knew if I got some good photos of her I would leave, which I did... ;-))
