the sun was near to setting and the shadows stretched long and then longer... (north truro dunes, cape cod, massachusetts)

Wow, that is some nice cloud bank over the grassy/sandy knoll. I have a theory. lol Great work HF. Your dune shots have really been good. Love the textures.

Your dune series has been fantastic. In this one, dune mounds are holding up the sky and preventing those heavy clouds attempt from pressing the ground flat.

Neat the way the clouds seem to be coming in at a curve to just skim over the moonscape dunes. Great light!
