it all depends on which way the wind is blowing... proving once more that you don't need a weatherman to know which way the wind blows...

Well spotted Mary. This makes a wonderful still-life or study in textures.

Textures are really good HF. I think CSI is using the footprint to find out who has been stealing driftwood. Very good eye and a nice natural desktop.

Please, even if you don't visit my gallery, check out my "Faves".I've left them intact since day "1", and would like it if every image there got the attention they deserved.

Hi Mary...this is just lovely. I enjoy it so much when the wind makes patterns on the sand. It's like a paint brush of nature. You captured the feeling of the contrast on both sides of the driftwood perfectly. I also love it when the grasses are twirled around from the breezes. Makes gorgeous creations. I'm so glad you took this wonderful photo, I will really enjoy it on my desktop. I'm heading for the beach soon, so maybe I'll get a chance to find some of the Spring winds that left their mark. Thanx so much my friend. Verena
