I was taking pictures of the sun setting over swan river and nantucket sound when I looked down and saw this bush... sometimes poetry can be found in humble places...
Mary - The orange sunset reflected on the water contrasts so nicely with the white snow and dark branches of the bush. The shape of the reflection mirrors that of the bush. Nice blur treatment of the photo edges. Beautiful work! Thad
Hey Mary!
I notice that sometimes the picture I think is the worst one turns out to be the best. I would say this one you have here is one of your best! Nice blur effects and super color!

So my dear friend...other then poetry of the lovely photo...where is the literal poem? I'd sure love to see you write again. This is a gorgeous site. There is nothing quite like "nature at a moment" and then being able to save it like this . Wonderful "split" of colours and textures. Verena
Hello Mary....The simplicity of this scene is what attracts me to this picture....The golden glow and the silhouetted bush growing out of the snow makes this picture a pleasure to view....Well done Mary.....All the best to you..........Mick.
