Mary
Moving sand in the winds look to be the culprit here! Love the way this fence slowly disappears into that dune. Wonderful shadows as well!

A familiar phenomenon to me Mary as our beaches have to deal with the same problem this time of the year.
Love this simple but beautiful post.
Regards, Cornelius.

You always get such good lighting and textures in your posts, HF. I really like the shadows too. Wonderful post and it doesn't look nearly as cold as it probably is.

Love the contrasts of light and color. Wonderfully composed, the fence seems a dividing line in many ways. Saved.

OH Mary! I could easily sit and ponder on this for long times! The sunlight is just wonderful. And the way this fence disappears into the sand, that's just amazing. I kept thinking you had not posted new photos, but suddenly I realized that the photos were in the wrong order on my page. So now I am "catching up". You show such artists talent when it comes to these lovely beach photos. I love what the breezes of the ocean bring us in the designs of things.Verena

Light travels faster than sound. This is why some people appear bright until you hear them speak.
